30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your plant stand. If you don't, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email info@secretgarde.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll send a return shipping label within 24 hours.
• Package the item in its original box if possible.
• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged Items

If your stand arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged through misuse or improper assembly.
• Returns requested after 30 days.
